I'm in my craft room going a little crazy! Lots of projects to finish soon for deadlines (weddings) and lots of ideas scooting around in my little head.
Today's share is a card I found on Pintrest! Go on, tell me you don't spend hours looking at all the beautiful ideas on that site. There is no way I will believe you!
Anyhoo, I found this card there and since my son just got a job doing Information Technology (and because he is a Techie (not to be confused with a Trekie) (Oh he is one of those too) I thought this card was designed with him in mind.
Have a gander at this gem -
An IPhone card! Yup, cool or what? I don't have a woo-hoo! stamp so I printed that one myself lol. The rest are various greetings I have saved over the years. I used a corner rounder punch, a 1/2" circle punch and the retired slot punch. The card base is Real Red and Whisper White with Basic Black. This card, while looking very complicated, actually took very little time to put together. I was kinda surprised at how fast it was.
I went online and looked up an image of the Apple Logo and used the 3/4" circle punch to make a circle and take a "bite" out of the apple. Then I used scissors to make the circle look like the logo. He should (and he better) love this card.
Oh I used the Word Bubbles framelits to cut out the sentiments. 132968 - $36.95. This item will be retired soon so if this kind of card appeals to you then I suggest you order it soon.
That's it for me today!
Bubbly huts!
